Popgo handles the entire payment flow for booth bookings — from secure checkout to payout — so organisers and vendors don't have to think about it.
Secure Checkout
Applying is free. Once the organiser approves a vendor, Popgo sends them a payment link for a secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout. Popgo never stores or sees full card details — card data is handled entirely by our regulated payment processor.
Pay after approval
Vendors pay the booth fee once they're approved, using online banking (FPX), any major card, or an e-wallet. No invoices and no manual follow-up — the payment link goes out with the approval.

Booth Reservation Lock
To prevent double-bookings, Popgo holds a booth for a 15-minute window once a vendor begins checkout.
If payment isn't completed in that window, the booth is automatically released and becomes available to other vendors again. We use atomic reservation logic, so even under high demand only one vendor can ever complete payment for a given booth.
Real-time availability
The visual map updates live as booths are reserved, paid for, or released — so vendors always see accurate availability.
Payouts & refunds
- Booth earnings are paid out to the organiser's own bank account on a regular payout schedule, net of the platform fee.
- The platform fee is tiered by booth price (10% up to RM350, 8% for RM351–800, and 6% above RM800) and is deducted automatically from each paid booking.
- If an organiser rejects a vendor's application, they can issue a refund from the dashboard. The platform fee and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
